Job Description

• Draft and review corporate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate law issues.
• Assist in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
• Participate in negotiations and closings of corporate deals.
• Maintain and organize case files and transaction documents.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Support senior associates and partners in complex legal matters.
