Job Description

• Conduct legal research on corporate law topics including contracts, mergers & acquisitions, compliance, and governance.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as agreements, resolutions, and memoranda.
• Participate in due diligence processes and help organize related documentation.
• Attend client meetings, hearings, and legal proceedings for observation and note-taking.
• Maintain and organize legal files and corporate records.
• Prepare summaries and reports on legal issues affecting the firm or its clients.
• Support attorneys in day-to-day legal operations and administrative tasks.
