May Thet Hnynn has over five years of legal practice focused on banking and finance, cross-border transactions, corporate matters, and funds. She advises financial institutions, corporate clients, and international investors on Myanmar law matters, with experience across financing, investment, corporate, and regulatory work.
Prior to joining IICOLE, May worked at leading regional law firms in Myanmar and Beijing, where she gained experience in domestic and cross-border transactional matters. She is admitted as a Higher Grade Pleader before the Supreme Court of the Union of Myanmar and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Comparative Law at the China University of Political Science and Law.
